About Our CEO
Shannon H. Musselman is a passionate and dedicated professional with deep roots in Louisville, KY. A University of Louisville graduate (Interior Design & Architecture), she has built a 25+ year career in construction and design, constantly striving to create meaningful spaces. A strong believer in the power of education, she has taught industry classes on sustainable forestry practices, energy efficiency, best building practices, and state code regulations.
Shannon supports many local nonprofits and was a board member for Women 4 Women and the Paristown Pointe Neighborhood Association. As a trailblazing woman in a male-dominated industry, Shannon is dedicated to mentoring and empowering women and girls. She is a member of the National Hardwood Flooring Association, Kentucky Building Materials Association, AIA, Louisville Home Builder Association, and Home Builders Association of Kentucky.

MTF would not be possible without the endless support of Shannon's head cheerleader and husband Bill Musselman. Their family is rich in connection to the industry. Bill's dad David "Pop" Musselman was a lumber broker for the Wood Mosaic Company in the 1930s!
When they're off-duty, you can find Bill and Shannon cheering on the Louisville Cardinals, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying home-cooked meals while watching Ohio River sunsets.
